·        First, confirm availability and move-in date with us over the phone. Joel, the on-site property manager can be reached at 320-981-0111.  Please have vehicle dimensions and desired move-in date ready.

 

·       Once move-in date confirmed, reserve a space by selecting the correct unit below. Enter your information and pay reservation price. 

 

·       Before or at move-in, we will send you lease to sign online through text message or email.



* Property manager can not take checks or sign leases in person - lease must be signed and rent paid prior to move in date!
